We also take care of the closing costs. After paying for any fixes that need to be done and selling the house, we make a profit. We are willing to take on the risks that come with selling the house for a profit. You no longer have to take care of the land after the sale is finalized, and you get your money right away.

Is there any obligation when I submit my information?

You are not required to do anything when you send in your information. Once you give us information about your home, we'll look it over and may call you to get more information. After that, we'll make you a fair deal. You are the only one who can decide to sell. We value your right to be independent and give you the power to choose what's best for you.
